1964 Malibu SS - Beautifully restored and extremely rare "Red on Red" 1964 Malibu Super Sport loaded with factory options. Very solid and lazer straight is the best way to describe this car. It retains all of its original body panels and the floors, trunk and frame are in perfect condition too. The original color, Bolero Red, paint is show quality and the chrome and weatherstripping have been either replaced or reconditioned. The inside of this car looks like it just rolled off the assembly line and everything is functional including the original AM radio. The engine is a non-numbers matching 350 c.i. sbc that runs smooth and strong. The trans is an updated TH-350 that shifts crisp and firm. The rear is the original 10 bolt w/highway cruising gears. What makes this car rare is the fact that it is "Red on Red" and its options, which include cold factory air conditioning, power steering, power disc brakes, tilt steering wheel, in-dash gauges, power antenna, AM radio, bumper guards and padded dash. Other interesting information about this ''real-deal'' Super Sport beauty is it’s an original Georgia car and it’s a very early production # car -- probably was a special order dealer demo! I have personally driven this car over 500 miles to get it home and it runs and drives like a dream. You will not be disappointed especially at this more than fair price.
