1967 GTO - Every now and again you come across a car and say, “Man look at that,” it just does it for you. Well when I laid my eyes on this beautiful and original 1967 GTO, I just knew I had to step up and buy it. And after you check out this ad, I know you will feel the same way. This car was bought out of an estate sale on the Eastern Shore of Maryland last year as an all original car that was owned by the same guy since 1977. It ran and drove perfect but was in need of some bodywork and paint so it underwent a professional ground up body & paint restoration for the first time in its life. It was done back to its original Fathom Blue in bc/cc. Very little bondo was used so the body is extremely straight & clean. The floors and trunk are all original and very solid too. The chrome is in like new condition and all the weatherstripping was replaced. The ORIGINAL blue interior is in excellent condition for a 40-year-old car. There are no rips or tears anywhere and even the carpet still looks great. Everything except for the clock works as it should including the original AM-FM radio. The numbers matching 400 c.i.d. engine runs flawlessly. We were told it was rebuilt sometime ago by the previous owner. All I can say is that it runs strong, smooth and sounds great, especially through the new Flowmaster exhaust. The original TH-400 trans was just rebuilt and shifts crisp using the original ''his-n-hers” shifter. As mentioned before, this is a very rare ''high optioned'' GTO. The list is as follows: AIR CONDITIONING, POWER BRAKES, POWER STEERING, WOOD STEERING WHEEL, AM-FM RADIO, HOOD TACH, TINTED GLASS, RALLEY II WHEELS W/REDLINE TIRES, CENTER CONSOLE W/HIS-N-HERS SHIFTER. We also have the P.H.S. documents to verify its authenticity.  Cars this nice and original only come around once in a great while so take advantage of this opportunity.
